maryph Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and maryph ("maryph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the maryph online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the platform (collectively, the "Service").

By registering an account, accessing the maryph platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the maryph Service.

maryph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use the maryph Service, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Service:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming services is lawful.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of maryph, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the maryph platform or any other gaming platform operated under PAGCOR guidelines.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

maryph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

To access the full range of maryph services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) maryph account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your maryph login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your maryph account and not reuse it across other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Notify maryph customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.

maryph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified maryph of unauthorized access.

maryph supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine players:

• E-wallets: GCash, PayMaya (Maya)
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the withdrawal interface at the time of the transaction. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

Deposits are credited to your maryph account balance upon confirmation of receipt. GCash and PayMaya deposits typically reflect within two (2) minutes. Bank transfers may take fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes depending on the originating bank's processing times.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) hour. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.

maryph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, including requesting supporting documentation for large transactions. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

maryph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the applicable promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference.

General bonus conditions applicable to all maryph promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. maryph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, will be forfeited and the account(s) involved may be permanently suspended.
• maryph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits that prevent participation are not eligible for bonuses during the applicable restriction period.

All games available on the maryph platform — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, mines, and Monster Plinko — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

maryph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure that game outcomes are random, unpredictable, and not subject to manipulation by maryph or any third party. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios and are subject to the studio's own certification and oversight.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, maryph's decision regarding the outcome of the affected round shall be final. maryph will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes arising from technical issues in a fair and timely manner.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the maryph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploit must be reported to maryph immediately; failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the maryph platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the maryph platform or any game software.
• Accessing the maryph platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

All content on the maryph platform — including but not limited to the maryph name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of maryph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the maryph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any maryph content without prior written consent.

maryph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the maryph platform.

These tools are available in your account settings. Once a self-exclusion or cooling-off period is activated, it cannot be reversed before the specified period expires. maryph will not accept deposits or allow gameplay from a self-excluded account.

maryph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the most recently used payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your maryph account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, maryph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the maryph Service, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

maryph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your maryph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

maryph does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Service at your own risk.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. maryph operates in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines applicable to online gaming operators in the Philippines.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through maryph's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and maryph with respect to your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
